（1）本项目招标代理费用按本项目“1+1+1”服务周期内各年度实际履行的中标金额总和为基数的0.8%后八折计取。若项目未实现续期，已支付的招标代理服务费用不予退还。（2）代理服务费专户：开户名：福建中博致远招标项目管理有限公司宁化分公司，开户行：宁化县农村信用合作社营业部，帐号：9030610010010000061652。（3）中标人退还投标保证金须知：中标人在中标通知书的规定时间内发起合同送采购人确认，双方盖上政府采购专用章进行合同公开。采购合同在政府采购网站公开并彩打一份送招标代理公司留存备案，中标人方可办理投标保证金退还。
