合同包1(清涧县文化和旅游文物广电局关于《人生·路遥》电视剧道具采购项目)特定资格要求如下:





①投标人为具有独立承担民事责任能力的法人、事业法人、其他组织或自然人。企业法人应提供合法有效的标识有统一社会信用代码的营业执照；事业法人应提供事业单位法人证书；其他组织应提供合法登记证明文件；自然人应提供身份证；

②税收缴纳证明：提供2021年6月份至今已缴存的至少3个月的纳税证明（银行缴费凭证）或完税证明，依法免税的单位应提供相关证明材料；

③社会保障资金缴纳证明：提供2021年6月份至今已缴存的至少3个月的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明，依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的单位应提供相关证明材料；

④财务状况报告：提供2021年度的财务审计报告；成立时间至提交投标文件递交截止时间不足一年的，投标单位须自行声明；？
