3.供应商须提供书面承诺，承诺若采购产品为消毒产品的，在产品交货时向采购人提供所提供产品有效的《消毒产品卫生安全评价报告》及备案证明（采购产品若为新消毒产品，提供有效的卫生许可批件）；”
