3.本项目的特定资格要求：





合同包1(胡家庙粮油仓库及周边改造项目安保服务采购项目（二期）)特定资格要求如下:





（1）提供统一社会信用代码的营业执照或其他组织经营的合法凭证或自然人的提供身份证明文件；？

（2）财务状况报告：提供2021年财务审计报告或开标日期前三个月内其基本存款账户开户银行出具的资信证明及基本存款账户信息或财政部门认可的政府采购专业担保机构出具的投标担保函；？

（3）税收缴纳证明：提供开标日期前六个月内任意一个月的纳税证明或完税证明；？

（4）社会保障资金缴纳证明：提供开标日期前六个月内任意一个月的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明；？
