合同包1(西安市城建档案馆双活存储采购项目)特定资格要求如下:





（一）提供合格有效的法人或者其他组织的营业执照等证明文件，自然人的身份证明；？

（二）法定代表人参加投标的，须提供本人身份证复印件并出示身份证原件；法定代表人授权他人参加投标的，须提供法定代表人授权委托书并出示被授权代表的身份证原件。招标文件中凡是需要法定代表人签字或盖章之处，非法人单位的负责人均参照执行；？

（三）财务状况报告：提供供应商经会计师事务所审计的近一年度财务审计报告扫描件（如2021年度财务审计报告未出，可提供2020年度的；成立时间至提交响应文件截止时间不足一年的，可提供成立后任意时段的财务报表）或银行出具的资信证明及基本存款账户的开户证明；？

（四）社会保障资金缴纳证明：近三个月已缴存的至少一个月的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明，单据或证明上应有社保机构或代收机构的公章。依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的服务商应提供相关文件证明；？
