专业人员对进口产品技术性能先进性、采购必要性的论证意见：按照浙财采【2010】51号《浙江省财政厅关于进一步加强政府采购进口产品管理的通知》要求，杭州市滨江区疾病预防控制中心召开了政府采购进口设备的专家论证会。专家组听取了关于申请采购进口检测设备的报告，审阅了相关资料，经质询和讨论，形成论证意见如下： 杭州市滨江区疾病预防控制中心此次采购的检验设备均需较高的完整性、准确性、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、适用性，目前国产的这部分产品无法达到科研及检测要求。基于上述因素，建议杭州市滨江区疾病预防控制中心此次批次检验设备采购进口产品。
