002	市行政大楼会议中心部分区域信息化改造项目	本项目已于2021年1月公示，现因实际工作需要，追加项目内容和预算。 项目要求： 实现全国、全省级重要视频会议分会场和全市重要视频会议主会场的使用功能，需要实现与各县市区行政中心相关会议室和相关市直办公区域会议室光缆链路直通和可靠运行支持。同时，实现城市大脑驾驶仓演示、图表晾晒、智慧后勤分析对接等功能，需要结合5G、云技术和人工智能等前沿科技，实现各种数据信息、音视频信号的交互传输。要求确保技术适度超前，具有先进性；运行稳定，具有高可靠性；运维简便，具有智能化；节能环保、绿色运行，并预留技术和功能拓展升级的空间与接口，确定十年不落后。 1、优化视频会议控制系统 本项目为远程视频会议信息化改造，主要对远程视频会议的控制系统、显示系统以及配套通信线路进行升级改造，符合当前发展趋势，并提升系统运行效果以及系统冗余度。供应商需具有综合的信息化建设及维保实力，包含但不限于从通信线路到设备终端、配套设备、线缆辅材等整体支撑、安装、调试、排障及大型活动保障的能力，并可全年提供7*24小时的服务。 2、光缆链路保障。 3、增加硬件设备 主席台屏幕尺寸：12米*5.5米左右、7.2米*3.1米左右各一块；辅屏2.15*3.8米、3.0米*1.69米左右各两块。像素间距：P1.5；需要配合相关旋转支架、电动吊杆等改造。含全套视频处理系统操作终端。 4、运维要求 派驻全职技术人员驻场运维。	719	2021年03月
