（一）交易编号： TC2021（SZ）WZ0001 （二）本项目采用评标定标分离方式，由评标委员会评审并推荐3个合格的候选中标供应商，采购人按《佛山市政府采购评标定标分离管理办法（暂行）》相关程序和要求在规定时间内确定中标供应商。 （三）资格性和符合性审查不通过名单：佳兆业物业管理（深圳）有限公司 符合性审查不通过情形：评审期间没有按评标委员会要求提供补充材料，或调整补充内容及修正报价超出允许规定范围。 （四）推荐中标候选供应商名单：广州翰腾源物业管理有限公司、深圳天安智慧园区运营有限公司、广州广电城市服务集团股份有限公司（候选中标供应商的推荐排序不分先后，根据供应商上传投标文件时间进行排列） （五）中标（成交）通知书的发放 根据《政府采购法》第四十六条，采购人应与中标、成交供应商于三十日内按照采购文件确定的事项签订政府采购合同。 在公告中标、成交结果的同时，向中标、成交供应商发出中标（成交）通知书。电子中标（成交）通知书将通过“交易综合平台”自动推送，请采购人和中标、成交供应商自行登录系统查阅、。
