招标内容概况：沈阳维修基地APU零部件深度修理外委项目是通过将APU零部件修理中的多项特种工艺修理步骤委托给国内具备相应能力的厂家完成，从而实现APU零部件修理本地化而达到大幅度降低APU整体修理成本、修理周期和周转件库存的目标。委托修理的零件主要包含目前沈阳维修基地具备修理能力的131-9A、131-9B、APS3200、APS2300、APS5000五种型号APU的零部件。
