采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：因2021年我校招生规模继续扩大，现公寓床位资源利用率已达到98.5%，几乎没有空余床位可利用。根据测算，2021年校区辅助楼建成后仍无法满足床位缺口，预计还需床位950位。 根据现状，我校对杭州电子科技大学、浙江工商大学、中国计量大学、浙江传媒学院、浙江财经大学等周边高校进行了调研，仅浙江传媒学院仍空余住宿资源符合我校需求。同时对周边社会企业进行了考察，但住宿条件及收费标准都不符合我校要求，如锦阳人力床位收费达6000元/人/年，远超出预算金额。 另考虑到浙江传媒学院住宿条件与我校基本一致，且距离较近，便于学生往返，对学生学习生活影响较小。 综上所述，目前有且仅有浙江传媒学院空置床源符合我校需求，故提出单一来源采购申请，请领导及专家审核。
