新龙镇道路照明设施养护采购项目

新龙镇农村道路路灯养护项目，含路段范围内照明灯具、灯泡及配件、灯杆、电线（缆）及保护管、照明开关箱，接线盒、防雷接地装置、箱变低压部分用电设备的日常养护（按工程量清单、投标文件、及实际业主交付投标人的实际数量等文件为准。）

1.自觉接受采购人及有关部门的监督管理，每逢法定节日（含元旦、春节、五一、国庆等），必须无条件服从采购人组织的突击性任务及迎检活动，按时、按标准、按要求完成采购人所分配的工作。2.路灯监控室必须24小时值班，保持电话畅通，并有值班制度和值班记录。3.中标人应设立每周至少一次的巡灯制度和群众投诉电话，发现问题要及时记录和检修，因各种原因被人为及车辆损坏或被盗的，必须在24小时内修复，费用自理，采购人应配合中标人向相应责任人追究赔偿责任。

2021年3月1日至2023年2月28日，共2年，合同一年一签。

养护质量按照《广州市城乡照明管理办法》（广州市人民政府令[第86号]）执行。

代理服务费收费标准：

差额定率累进法收费：以中标通知书中的中标金额作为采购代理服务费的计算基数。参照中华人民共和国国家发展计划委员会颁发的计价格〔2002〕1980号、发改办价格〔2003〕857号及发改价格〔2011〕534号文规定的“服务类”计费标准计算并缴纳。

代理服务费金额：
